Take the MBTI® Survey

    Now you can take the "official" MBTI® survey on-line through the Annex Learning MBTI® Processing Center, powered by SkillsOne.  Just click here and follow the instructions listed below.  Two types of MBTI® surveys are available: Step I (Form M) is the basic assessment most commonly used by individuals and organizations.  There is a $25 processing fee for Form M.  If you would like a more in-depth assessment, considering using the Step II (Form Q), which will give you results on the five facets of your personality dimensions.  The processing fee for Step II is $50.  Please read the information below for complete details.

MBTI Log-In Instructions:
1.  After landing on the Welcome! Screen, enter the following information (all case sensitive):

          Login:  GoToMBTI
          Password:  MBTI4444
          User ID:  Leave blank unless you are returning and have received a system-generated Used ID

2.  Pick an Assessment:  Decide which version of the MBTI you'd like to receive and click Begin.

4.  Read the instructions and options regarding demographic information, clicking continue until you reach the end of this section.  Although it's not marked as a required (*) field, your email address must be entered in order for your survey to be processed.

5.  When you arrive at the Assessment section, follow instructions and answer all of the questions by selecting the answer that best describes your most "natural self."  Do not try to put yourself into any particular situation (for example, "At work, I would do...).  Instead, pick the answer that is instinctual, habitual, normal, and without constraints.  Answer all of the questions and click Logout.  It should take between 10 and 20 minutes to complete the entire process.  If you are interrupted and need to stop at any time, click Save and Complete Later.  You will be given a UserID (save this for later reference) that will allow you to re-enter and resume. 

6.  After you have completed your survey, you will receive an email from Annex Learning requesting payment via PayPal.  Follow the payment instructions carefully.  Once we receive your payment, you will receive an e-mail from us containing the MBTI® "Profile Report" for your type.  Click here to see a sample report.  Since the last two steps of this process are manual, please allow 2 to 5 business days just in case we are out of the office delivering training.  If you need your report urgently, just notify us by email Carla@AnnexLearningInc.com or phone us at 203.452.0842.
